I bought this tent back in Spring 2021. It is super comfortable, incredibly well made, and does not need condensation mats for cold weather and I've definitely tested that in single digit conditions. I probably had the best night of sleep ever camping in this tent in the desert, but I found out my family is getting bigger and we just ordered a trailer.

The tent retails for $2,560 plus another $75 for the included ladder extension. I'm asking $1,500 obo for the tent and have both the ladder extension and the original ladder "foot" depending on your mounting needs.

The 1400 series is about the size of a double bed 55" wide and weighs 130 lbs and I find it very comfortable even at 6' 2". Other than a couple very small nicks in the cover that I patched, this tent is like new.

I'll include the Frontrunner quick release mounts and a 200 lb rated hoister system for an extra $100 (retail is $250 for the mounts and $175 for the hoist). The hoister system attaches to the roof of your garage, carport, etc. to take this on and off yourself. I will not sell the mounts or the hoister pulley system until the tent is sold for obvious reasons.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am willing to negotiating meeting elsewhere and travel to Denver, Colorado and up to Wyoming for work occasionally. The tent stays in my garage unless it in use, so it's in very good shape.

I let this fall down in the queue since I took the tent on another trip this winter while I still could.

Bringing back to the top now that there's some nice days in the desert to see if anyone's got spring fever.
