Bought new in 2016, one small tear inside the canvas on overhang area - does not leak or otherwise compromise the tent integrity
All original mounting hardware included
Tent will hold three large people or two small people and two children quite well with room to spare. The additional annex can sleep another two people, kids, dogs, etc with storage space.
If you want the best tent out there, this is it. Have been it torrential storms and never gotten wet nor has any wind broken through. Quite warm for winter camping as well if you have a small heater.
All equipment has been garage kept and only used outside for camping trips
