Electric Breakfast: Power used for 2-person Camping Breakfast

How much electricity does it take to make a 2-person camping breakfast? I make 2 meals each 2c coffee, bowl of oatmeal, 3pc thick bacon, 2 eggs. I use the most energy efficient cooking, electric kettle and induction cooktop. Use this info to help estimate how much electricity you need in Watt-hrs for your cooking and day, called an "Energy Audit".

Here is a video I made showing it all. Video works, click it or the "watch on Youtube" link if black, to watch video... Details are in video description, answers many questions so it won't play embedded here. Browse my other videos for more cooking energy tests, consider subscribing pls ;)

Probably not going to get too many responses from people with newer vehicles because of the cost, time involved and voided warranties as a result. It is much cheaper and simpler to use a fuel stove.

At the same time, I think that I am also very patiently waiting for the 2.0 or 3.0 versions of the on board 12v power station charging (like the 500w from Bluetti & the 800w from eco flo). If they can figure out how to completely recharge one in a shorter time frame, then using electric will be used more.

But the new smart alternators and electric systems are a whole new ballgame. My dealer looks for any reason whatsoever to void your warranty. Which is why I am even considering a power station at all. What is the point of electric anything in a vehicle if you have to spend thousands for solar or 3x that for a complete red arc system ? I am not a man of means by no means. Being retired is great but money is not abundant. We have been trying to save for about a year now and only barely managed to break 4 figures, but hopefully we will get there. Saving up for a Dirtbox Canopy Camper for our ZR2 Colorado.
