Have an Engel 45 only a few months old. After a particularly bouncy ride Sunday, the compressor seemed to stay on at 100% duty cycle into Monday, but not cool off very much. Probably 50 degrees instead of 34. But it sounded exactly normal, just constantly running. Using a second battery which never sank under 11.6V.
Turned it off overnight hoping it wasn't a coolant leak or something else wrong.
Turned it back on, and within 8 hours, was back to its normal 34 degrees at 1.5 on the dial.
Anyone seeing this behavior? I suspect a coolant bubble or something locked up the compressor flow, even though it has a great capacity to work off-level. But there isn't a G-force spec, so maybe a few cycles of near-zero G upsets it?
