Looking at redoing my camp cook/kitchen setup. We'll see countless kitchen setups for overland rigs...not a whole lot for the trailer crowd. Just looking for ideas and comments and what you're running and how you like it.

I have a Kanz kitchen. It's a great rig for one or two people. Easy to switch between rigs (or trailers). It looks like he is going to be selling kitchens this year. He doesn't sell them every year. I had to settle for a used one last year.

Recently bought some Snow Peak IGT gear, but haven't used it yet. More configurable, but less packable. I plan to use the IGT setup in my trailer, and the Kanz in my Subaru.

For my last rig I used a Camp Chef Sherpa Table it worked great for us. Four bags you can label to store your gear in and a table top. If folds up and is easy to move from one rig to another depending on what you are doing.
