Expo Rig Choice's

Hey Everyone.

Been using my 2007 tundra Crewmax for Expo. duty for about a year, pretty basic leveling kit and shell. I have been toying with the idea of building my 1999 (GMT400)Chevy 1 ton crew cab into my main expo rig and still DD the Tundra. My wife's 2004 Tahoe has 236k miles and its time to make a change as she drives a lot. So now I have more choices. Stay with the Tundra and start upgrading, use the Tahoe as an expo rig and set it up, or build the 99 K3500. There are 5 in the family, and 2 dogs, and I occasionally tow a trailer which all vehicles are capable of doing. Just trying to decide the best platform to go with. Any Thoughts?

Keep the tundra for you to use dual purpose. Ditch the old truck and tahoe,
Then upgrade your wife's car to something newer and more effecient.

I agree with plainjaneFJC. The tundra is a great platform for an Expo rig. My recommendation is get a cap for the back of it and start your build there. If you get a cap without windows you can store more stuff in there without ever having to take it out and less likely to be stolen (out of site out of mind).
