F350 DRW to SRW Conversion

Hello Everyone,
I have a 2017 F-350 DRW that I want to convert to an SRW. I'm looking at the Stazworks wheels as no one else seems to make something like this. I have 200k miles on the truck and it's been extremely reliable and it's almost paid off, so I DO NOT want to go with a 450/550 (I mean, I want too, but I shouldn't...LOL). I have a Bowen flatbed on order and will pair it with a 3/4 canopy and have little use for "max" capacity, so LT tires are fine for me. I'm having a hard time understanding offsets and what the end product would look like width wise and whether a leveling kit is all that is needed with a 37-38x13.50x20 tire. I can't find squat on the 1 ton trucks and I understand there's probably a reason for that. But given my parameters, I don't see too many drawbacks. Has anyone done this conversion or have any insight on what I need to know regarding wheel and tire sizing? TYIA

Sincerely,
Brian
