F650GS opinion

Looking for opinions on the value of this deal. Any and all feedback appreciated. FYI - the same ad already ran a week recently with zero bids, so I guess that should tell me something about the price and/or condition.

Looks in pretty good condition. Buying a bike that has been over means a couple of things - first - you should get it cheaper, second - you'll be a bit braver riding it if has a few blemishes, third - there will be less tears if you lay it over!!! The seat looks non-original - the original seat is superb and made better with the addition of an aftermarket sheepskin. I got a black one from SheepyHollow (or something close to that) in Australia and even though it had a fairly long pile it didn't hold much water and it seemed to dry very quickly. They're an awesome bike. Be very surprised if you would be disappointed in it. Here's mine near the end of a 30,000km haul across Europe - only problem aside from one flat tyre was one of the wires to the in-tank fuel pump came adrift and it took a couple of hours to fault find (those GS911's are brilliant!!)
