So, now that Fiat has a 35% share of Chrysler it's a very real possibility that they'll be re-entering the american market again. And, I thought you guys could/would appreciate some of what they have to offer that falls into what I deem as our kind's of vehicles. Check these out.

I doubt I'd ever give up my truck, but I do kind of like the 4x4 Panda. That'd be a cool little DD/day tripper. I can see it with a kayak rack, some offroad lights and a front skid plate on it for some close to home exploring. And, you just gotta love the stance on that station wagon.

What do you guys think?

Yeah...For the most part, no thank-you.

The 4x4 Panda is neat though, they had a race on Top-Gear between I belive the Panda and I belive a Rangie with performance road slicks on it. The Panda was quite cool and Jeremy just pinned it and actualy got up some kind of nasty stuff.

Cheers

It will be interesting to see how the Fiat deal works out for Chrysler.

The Fiat I would like is the one Kimi drives : )

You got me scanning pics from a sahara trip to Tammarasset and Hoggar mountain we made in 1992
with a Panda 4x4 :smiley_drive:

Iveco trucks? I'd like to see the Eurotrakker series and the MTV (medium tactical vehicle): forward control, 5.9L 6cyl, 6spd, diff locks, 395/85R20s, 13500kg GVW, portal axles. But I don't think we will see them.

that would be great to get some of the fait group cars into north america, I do hope they aren't "modified" to meet the typical american consumers taste.

I'm not scared of anything, not even Italian engineering :Wow1:

Fiat and Chrysler. *sigh* Given their reputations, I suspect we'll see something like this for the american market:
