Powder coated and installed pics.

I got the bumper back from powdering coating and got it installed this past weekend. Still need to wire up the driving lights but I am really happy how this turned out. Hope you enjoy. :lurk:

Nice work!

That upper hoop looks really close to the bottom of the grill. Will the bumper move much relative to the sheet metal on a unibody truck? Just wondering, the bumper really does look great.

It's about a 1/4" away. With 24 bolts holding it on, if I get any movement, I have bigger issues. :D Not really any flex there, unlike a body on frame setup.

That is the root of my question. I had to leave a decent gap between the fenders and ARB on my truck, things move quite a lot as the truck twists up and I tap obstacles. I sort of assumed with a unibody that the bumper probably wouldn't bounce around as much.

The bumper kit was $230 that you weld together. This included the Hella lights and laser cut light grills. I added the tubing and lower lip spoiler.

It was from a member on NAXJA. The post is here, http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=935716

The skid plate is a factory Jeep one. I just cleaned it up and gave it a fresh coat of paint. A guy off of NAXJA ended up giving it to me. :jump:
