I believe it is a 30 degree quilt. It is a great deal as they retail for $140 give or take. They are intended to use with a thermarest type mattress.

What is the temperature rating on the sleeping bag?

It is what the call a "3 season" rated at 25 F. Keep in mind that this is the quilt design...the idea being that the loft underneath a sleeping bag compresses when you sleep on it anyways, so having a quiltlike bag that just has the top part and attaches to your pad with straps is a more efficient way of doing things while still keeping you warm. Though obviously (as with any sleeping bag, but especially a quilt design) you want to have a good sleeping pad for the concept to work.
