Having had 4 landrovers an driven all off road im not new to the hobbie , how ever what was new this time round was the machine id be driving as this would be the first non lr 4x4 id have driven off road , I was very impressed with the pajeros capabilities off road considering its stock with 31 all terrains on she handled herself pretty well ,anyway here are the snaps :coffee:

Nice truck aren't they! Is it a '94? I have the identical truck in the same colour but it's for my wife so mostly city driven. I've taken a few friends offroading in their Pajero and as a stock vehicle they are pretty amazing. Only had to winch a few of them when they went out of their way to get bugged in mud.

Have fun!

Cheers,

Nice truck and I like those wheels! Some 35s would look great on them.
Did you feel less capable with IFS considering your used to LRs ?

Cheers for the comment , shes a 96 jap import although in my opinion they look much much more modern , I very happy , compared to the LR I used have it was like off roading an arm chair I loved it , they are an amazing piece of kit , it is my daily driver also so I wont be going too extreme but so far so good .

The wheels are jap rays engineering power volk wheels they are lovely could do with a refurb though lol , since its my daily driver 80% on road 20% off it ill be getting 32s or 33s for here im hoping , as in terms of the IFS I cant see what the big deal is off road how ever road handling is a different story the pajero feels far far safer and more responsive on the road, now in saying that the pics are pretty lightweight stuff , however once I get the extra mods ill be going a bit more extreme will report back then :sombrero:

I had the same wheels on my 1st Delica. They are forged steel so very light and strong! Make sure you keep them because they are great wheels and worth a lot of money!

Your Pajero will be very happy with 31" tires, best for regular driving. 33" tires will also fit and more clearance offroad but not as good for regular driving (slower up hills, a bit harder on drivetrain)...

Cheers
