FJ60 throw-out bearing question

I am putting fj60 running gear in my fj40. Engine is Chevy V6. Since the parts are gathered from here and there I have a question about the clearance between the throw-out bearing carrier and the input sleeve on the transmission. The input sleeve measures 1.50" O.D., the throw-out bearing carrier measures 1.75" I.D. Is there a bushing for the carrier or do I have the wrong part.

I bought a special throw-out bearing just for this application from AA and it fit the carrier I had, but it sure is sloppy on the input shaft sleeve..
