Flippac help! (not torsion bar)

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to make a flippac made to fit a tundra work on a tacoma. Essentially the camper is 60" across while my tacoma width is only 56". Thoughts?

I'm not as worried about the length issue, but I would appreciate all creative minded people!

use 3/8 x 4" aluminum flat bar stock bolted first to bed? remove plastic rail caps first
