Flippac latches... Help please

Anyone know where i can purchase this adjustable latch? Would want to use the existing holes...but im having a difficult time finding them. I have tried JR products, Amazon, Ebay.. no luck.

Also,

Remove one and look as the underside of the mounting plate, you might find a MFG stamp.
