Flippac repair help!

So I got this used flippac and the back glass door does not sit flush on the rubber. It looked like the right back corner that touches the bed was dropped at some point and dented as there is a metal angle iron holding it in place. I think the person bent the metal of the window to make it still fit and screw it back in. Do any of you have any suggestions on fixing this to fit flush? I was thinking of putting another angle iron on the bottom to add support... idk. Do any of you have photos on how it should look?

Also the flip pack came with no torsion bar... is it even safe to keep opening like this?

I am not sure what the corner issue is, I agree looks damaged, but more like is spread out over time. Opening with no torsion bar should not be an issue, several owners have done t bar delete. I replaced mine with one from Sway - A - Way

grat! Thanks for the response. I am excited for this project. Do you know would you say this is the best forum to find flippac help? Also, what would be the advantage and disadvantages of having the torision bar. I am debating buying a sway away one.
