FlipPac Tailgate to Door Conversion Options?

I've got an FRP FlipPac on my Nissan Titan. Because of the goofy (and useless) bump out design of the Titan tailgate exterior, the rear window of the FlipPac doesn't seal well. Overall, the tailgate doesn't seal well either. I'd like to dump the tailgate and rear window for a nice, lockable camper style door or barn doors.

Anyone know of a good shop in Southern California who could do such a modification? It's beyond my talent level.
