Folding Shelves for an M101?

Finding that I need more camp 'table space' but I'm trying not to add too much more weight to the trailer or take up much space.

Thinking of something that could be attached to the sides and either fold out to a flat surface , or a flat surface that could be attached off the side of the trailer at camp and stowed somewhere.

Anyone have any ideas?

I've seen a fold out tool tray that was set up on the back gate of a Wrangler for sale in several magazines.

I've wondered the same. The tool tray is a good idea. I've been thinking every time I fly that the hinged wall trays up in the flight attendant galley would work well also if we could source them somehow.

Have you seen the counter adventure trailers sell that sit on the top of the fenders? You can do something like that and stow it away when not in use.

That might work, gotta figure out a decent way to mount it though...
