We bought it early this summer and got to work fixing it up.

Since buying it I have:
Bought a brand new dual density foam mattress (which was $300 and is really comfortable.)
Resealed the roof and seams (it didn't show signs of any leaking but I wanted to be sure. It does have some dents and dings.)
Had the propane system and appliances pressure tested. Replaced all old fittings. (No leaking propane is a good thing.)
Installed a new sink and plumbing for the water tank.
Insulated the entire underside of the camper and filled all voids with great stuff foam. Much less drafty now.
Insulated the interior of propane and battery box.
Insulated propane lines for cold weather use with r10 pipe wrap.
New Curtains.

If you have a full-size truck you can have the platform I made to make it sit above the bed rails.

This thing is sweet because it's relatively lightweight and very stable in the bed of the truck, allowing you to drive all kinds of cool places with it. We did several "Overland" type trips with it this summer and never once did I feel the camper was holding us back when on rough roads or mild jeep trails.

After a summer of fun, my wife and I have decided we'd like to get a larger hardside camper for ski area usage, while the camper stays warm in below freezing temperatures, its a bit small for 2 people with winter gear, skis, etc. But for 1 person in the winter or 2 in the summer it's great.

Asking price is $2500 but I'm open to offers. I'd consider doing a part trade with cash on my end for a bigfoot or similar 4-season camper.

Still Available?

Hi... this camper ticks off all the 'have to have's on my list. Is it still available and when can I come pick it up?

Please let me know. Thanks.
James
