For Sale 2013 Socal Teardrops Offroad Trailer 459 Hybrid with the galley up front ($16k OBO)

Custom-built offroad 2013 Socal Teardrop trailer. It's the same size as a Krawler 459 but we moved the galley to the front of the trailer. This change in design added substantial room to the interior of the cabin. I’ve made the following upgrades. Added a Propex propane gas heater, 13-gallon water tank + water pump, 200 watt solar panel, added 3 additional old man emu leaf springs to handle extra weight (e.g. roof top tent), custom bump stops, two new 35” M/T Falken tires wrapped in two 17” Rhino rims, 2” bike rack receiver, custom firewood holder, custom removable sink, and custom kicker audio with 12” subwoofer. I purchased the camper with the following stock options: 4” memory foam mattress, exhaust fan, two interior beechwood cabinets, shore power, slide out kitchen, two exterior lights, and instant propane hot water heater. This was my dedicated show “rig” for offroad overlanding trade shows. I put less than 5k miles on it since I’ve owned it. Clean and clear title. I need to sell it since I sold my jeep and bought a new camper for my truck. Please note that the rooftop tent in the photo was sold earlier. I'm asking $16k. Clean and clear title. Thanks, everyone for the private DMs. All of you had the same question, "can I see more raw photos". Well, here you go, guys! Let me know if you have any questions. I live in Los Angeles. I'm traveling to Colorado in two weeks for Overland Expo Mountain. I will be bringing the trailer with me. I'll bring the title in case there are some really motivated buyers.
