For Sale: DIY “Teardrop” camper

Home built camper for sale. I “finished” it in June of 2022. Started the build in June of 2021 and slowly worked on it on weekends. It’s not perfect, but it functions very well and is watertight.
-Just under 14’ from tip to tail.
-weighs in around 1500 lbs.
-Fully welded frame with lock n roll hitch and Timbren axleless suspension. I have extra spindles if you want to put on wider tires.
Currently has 30” falken wildpeak at3. Matching spare.
-hubs match Jeep wheels and have electric brakes
-epoxy and fiberglassed the body as one piece then set on frame. -Body is comprised of 1-1/2” rigid insulation panels with 2x wood runners for extra rigidity.
-Finished with Monstaliner.
-storage rack on front.
-rear hitch receive
-register as a home built trailer in Georgia so Bill of Sale only.
Interior:
-Queen Sleeping mattress that confronts to a sofa. Will include a brand new one, just like the one pictured.
-platform with storage towards rear that fits a toddler mattress( will include). Went this route versus the galley kitchen.
-max air fan keeps it very comfortable.
Electronics:
-Renogy Bluetooth 100 amp battery, monitor with phone.
-Blue sea 12 fuse block.
-renogy folding solar panel
-120v plug on exterior that you can hook up an extension cord to power a strip inside.
-two usb charging ports inside
-Anderson style plug for cooler outside.
-Anderson style plug for solar input
-Anderson style plug for water pump to shower.
Extras:
-Camplux propane shower mounted to exterior with shower connectors and pump mounted in water tight case.
-5 lb propane tank. - mount needs a new screw
-roof rack brackets with 80/20 for roof rails.
-also have an iron man 6.5’ awning with room and a home built shower room that was intended to go on the roof rack.
-will include my Costway 53 at fridge and cover.
