Howdy all... Been going through my gear and ever since I upgraded the trailer our Kodiak is not getting the use it deserves. I am looking to sell it and would prefer a local buyer. It has been used 4-5 times. Size = 10 foot by 10 foot. In great condition with no tears or issues. Cleaned and folded up properly. Includes a ground cloth to protect the base...

Not sure if my sarcasm was evident. I am sure it will sell fine now. It would just be better for me if you sold it in the fall. I would have the funds and be ready for a warmer tent!
