model # PRS-3 OS with #101-1 clamp. used mostly for hanging coats & extension cords. base is a ton of flat plate steel (from Parks). the weight makes this impractical to ship - so sale vicinity is limited to SE Connecticut, Rhode Island, and SE Massachusetts.
picture available tomorrow morning. it's 2 years old, I gave the tool tray away, and current model lists for over 500$. if you know bikes & tools, you'll understand 200$ is a fair price.
