New 12V fridge, new AGM battery, full size spare tire. It's in great condition, has been well cared for, properly winterized, and stored in the garage.
At 1100 pounds it's easy to push around on your own (100# tongue weight), and it barely makes a dent in my gas mileage (maybe 1-2 gpm).
