Ford F250-F550 A-Pillar Guages

Hi,

I'm thinking about putting a stack of additional guages on the driver's side A-Pillar of our F-650 EcoRoamer. The Cab interior is the same as a F250-F550 so I figure I can use a standard off-the-shelf offering for one of them.

Have any of you installed these before, and can you recommend a brand / source for the, moulding?

I can find the guages easy enough, just want to find a nice moulding to mount them in.

I got mine from www.tstproducts.com and they were fairly simple to install. I just put a pyrometer and boost gauge in since it was a maual. My other Dodge had it installed by the PO and also included a transmission temp.

I use a set set of 4 gauges in the A pillar and then 3 more on the dash in the center. They are Autometer gauges and work great all the time. The gauges and pillar came from one of the online Ford after market stores, can't remember which, but their all pretty much the same on price if you shop around.

You won't regret putting a full set of gauges on your vehicle.

I think Autometer makes the pillar mount as well....

Autometer makes a decent pillar with good quality gauges. I was going to install a pillar mount in my Dodge 2500 but found that it created a horrible blind spot so I found a dash mount instead. Autometer also makes some nice gauge mounting solutions for the Ford trucks that keep the pillar area clear as well, check it out before you make the install permanant.

I got mine from geno'sgarage.com a number of years ago & they do have listings for the later model trucks. Also lots of different style gauges. I love my autometer gauges & in my "95 their in about the perfect place to see without blocking the view.
