Ford SD Trailering Wiring Harness

I won at auction this 2005 SD with the 6.0lTD, 5-sp auto trans, custom front bumper and flat tool bed, power loaded, 11500GVW. It comes with an integrated brake controller Ford built in. From the window sticker in the paperwork, it was suppose to come with a 7pin trailer connector. There is a 6pin connector. The Trailer Brake Controller is producing a fault into the computer.
Looking for the end of the wiring harness at the back of the frame to determine the problem. Anyone have something in a manual to identify the wiring?

After my little test drive home of 3+ hrs, it will need shocks. It brakes, steering and rumbles down the road just fine. I need to fix, repair, replace, add, check: shocks, ac recharge, brake lights, trailer brake controller, oil change, fuel filter change, and steps. I've washed out from underneath about 500#s of road dirt and stone. I need to do the same to the interior.

As long as nobody has changed anything, here are the standard wiring colors:

Brown: taillights
Yellow: left turn
Green: right turn
White: ground
Black: 12v
Blue: brakes

With a 7-pin connector, add red or orange to the mix as the auxiliary circuit. It can be used for things like backup lights or ?
