I have talked to the Seattle area seller, about 2 weeks ago. Tent is brand new, never used. He only set it up in his garage to take photos. Claims is was an ex-roomate's who left it behind. Ladder is missing. He has no idea of how or why it is missing. He doesn't seem to want to sway on the price at all.

How much does a replacement ladder cost?
