Four Peaks to Tonto Creek....an Arizona State of Mind

An easy drive up from the Phoenix valley. It's more about the getting out there for the views. No hard core wheeling here.

Everything from desert....to mountain......all in one day. It appears there are hiking trails to get you further up the mountain.

The campsite was near the top of the northwesterly peak. Awesome views, to the west is Phoenix and to the east is Roosevelt Lake and the Mogollon Rim. They say there are a lot of bears up here so be careful with your food. I didn't see any....but there sure were a lot of flies.

After you enjoy the views..........head out east for Tonto Creek. Great swimming hole..........it's beachin'...........!

We sure do need a cleanup there!
I'm putting together some smaller cleanups with some wheeling involved. Much smaller group and a little funandwork all at the same time. :truck:
Of course I'll still do the Four Peaks Pickup for the big area too.

It's been about 105* at my house the past two days!

..............Yikes!

Thank God for Barnes and Noble (free air conditioning!!!!!!!:ylsmoke: :friday: ).........so I don't have to turn on my 4 Ton Air Conditioner.....for just me!!!! ................Holy!
