Foxwing vs ARB awning

I have a 4x8 trailer with a rtt on top. I'm looking to get either a foxwing 270 awning or ARB awnings, an 8ft on the side and 4ft on the back. I live in South Carolina and mostly visit state and national parks in the south with lots of trees. I was wondering if any of y'all have ever had problems opening a 270 awning up in tree heavy area. I like the 270 awnings, but just don't want to run into a problem with space and having to position the trailer in an awkward way to be able to deploy the awning. The ARB awnings have the ability to just open one. Anybody have any experience with this?

Hi,
We have a foxwing. It was on our truckbed trailer. We took it from Southern CA up to Vancouver, BC. Lots of redwood forests and other trees in N CA up through Washington. Didn't really run into any problems, but we camped mainly at state and local campsites. Ours pretty much doubled the width of a site that was needed to camp. I guess your decision depends on how much you need the extra space from a foxwing when you camp.

From a site in N CA:
