I have a self inflating Roman 4wd mattress from Australia.
This was from maybe 16 years ago when I had a Syncro Westy.
It's a nice mattress but kinda heavy and hard to roll up.
Its self inflating for sure but not so good at deflating so it ends up staying bulky.
Best applications would be for a roof top tent or for top bunk in a westy, eurovan or similar where you don't need to pack it back up after each use.
It has been well taken care of and is very durable. comes with huge duffle back to keep it clean.
About 48" wide, don't remember how long it is but is normal mattress length (76"?)
it's about 3-1/2 or 4" thick
