Fridge mounting in a Tacoma

This is sort of vehicle specific. Does anyone have an Engel fridge mounting in the back seat of a Tacoma Xtra Cab? Mine fits, but I have to remove a seat to get it in/out. Not what I expected. The rear platform is too narrow to hold it securely. I bought the Transit Slide Lock base, but can't figure out how to mount it to the platform.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I fashioned a small piece of 3/4" plywood as a platform - bolted it behind the passenger seat, then screwed the slide lock to it - been good for two years of heavy use.

I can reach in the fridge from the drivers seat if I need anything :chowtime:

Lets not forget about Baja Tacos set-up. Its not an engel, but close enough for the important stufff of how to mount.
