Ok so. New tires. Fresh alignment.
Front end vibrating. Thinking its the front bearings. But never messed with bearings on a montero or the sport.
It's not grinding or anything just a vibration. Maybe repack or if possible tighten up.

I've done wheel bearings before. Is it about the same. Kinda like a Chevy or Ford or is this a whole other color of horse.
Any help would be great. Got a trip to inlaws comin up. ( about 6 hour interstate ride).

Oh. I got a 2wd montero sport.
I found a write up on a 4wd one.
Doesn't look too difficult.

It's a 99 by the way.

Wheel bearings usually make noise when they go bad. Lift up the truck and check the play. If the problem started after the tires and alignment, I would get the shop to double check balance of the wheels and the tightness of the alignment bolts and the condition of all the control arm bushings, ball joints, etc. Sometimes shortly after an alignment old bushings go bad.
