Looks nice a very nicely setup rig.

I wonder what the total weight is.

I didn't spot any CRD badges... but who knows being that it's Euro spec.

I know a lot of their stuff is made out of aluminum, I believe the roof rack is like 100-120lbs.

The shower arm is pretty neat also.

I sent them an email asking the same question but they couldn't answer and said they would get back to me. This was last week

Some sort of lost...
Unless you have ongoing email with them, it's not a fair judgment of their customer service. Emails often get lost or trapped in spam filters, etc. If you call and make contact and they don't get back, that's another thing.

If you're on FB give them a shot. I emailed them before & never heard back. Posted a Q on FB & heard back within a day.

Sorry for the delay in responding about the slider! As you all know the products are manufactured and built in Africa, so sometimes translating these questions (and making sure the answer is correct for the US) takes a little longer than expected. The consensus on the jack is that it will not be able to be reached the same as before the slider was installed. I believe you can open the hatch part way, but you will have to store it somewhere else. If any easy fixes or solutions come up I will try to update the forum. We did just receive our first shipment of the sliders in the States 2 weeks ago, and they are going fast!

Update! You cannot access the jack completely when the slider is installed. You can however place the jack in the storage cubby before the install (which you can access). The jack cubby will open slightly though, you can put some smaller items in there like recovery equipment.
