I'd like to say it's original but I think I'm the 3rd owner so it'd be pretty impossible to say. I forgot to take pictures of the body rot on the A pillars so it is not rust free. From what I've seen the frame looks solid though. I bought the truck from a gentleman in San Diego and he said the guy he bought it from let it sit outside for several years before he decided to sell it.
Truck ran great when I bought it and I drove it from San Diego to 29 Palms with no issues and it drove around town with 0 issues. Now it's developed a starting problem which appears to be entirely electrical as it won't even attempt to crank over. I tried to tow a car to Phoenix the other week and it started overheating after 60 miles. Head gasket lived, truck didn't overheat when the tow load was removed. Also sometimes it doesn't like to go in reverse and it burns a little oil at idle. It failed California smog but I think the place I took it to tried taking me for a ride since I found cylinder number 6's spark plug wire pulled off and they tested the truck as a FJ62.. That story is like 10 chapters long though.

I would like to keep this, fix it and use it as a daily driver/ family wagon but it's rather unrealistic right now. I'm taking off to Afghanistan and would rather not off this truck take up our garage, I'm getting out and going to school shortly after I get back and I think I'd rather use the money to pay off loans and debts. I am open to trading for an International Scout however.
^ In this photo, that's the driver's side siding.. The plastic tabs broke so I took it off to avoid it falling off on the highway.
