For sale is the penthouse from a 1997 SMB Ford E350 EB. The penthouse has been removed from van. The color is tan (both the top and canvas). The fiberglass has no structural damage. There are stress cracks in the paint (top only) due to sun exposure. I had this for 4 years in sun, snow and rain with no issues.

Good condition with the following attributes;
- Canvas is in good condition. Some staining and discoloration. A good wash will remove a fair amount. Tar to seal canvas to van is still on canvas. I have wrapped this area with plastic (may be cleaned/removed with gasoline). Front right corner of canvas has a 2" hole, where it attaches to van (tared to van). It is right on the seam. I have considered repair and it seems a hand sewn patch will be required.
- All windows are in tact and tear free. Clarity is ok to good. clouding due to age.
- All screens are in tact and hole free
- All zippers function property.
- Bed included.
- All hardware included, though new bolts and screws will be needed when replacing due to age.
- I have many pics of topper including pics of disassembly. I do not have pic of hole for some reason.
