This is in good shape. Probably used around a dozen times. The Dressing Room was deployed only once, so it's basically new. It is very comfortable. Pics show a few minor issues. Selling only because we need a larger one. This accommodates 2-3 people (2 adults plus one small child).
This is obviously too large to ship so it may be picked up or we can arrange a rendezvous in the Inland Empire of So Cal for pickup.
(Had to set it up on the ground for its "photo shoot". It's already been displaced from its prior home on the trailer)
One loop retention repaired with nylon filament:
One section of screen intact but damaged (not sure what happened):
