SOLD

For sale is a set of used Icon standard travel coilovers. These were on the wifes 2007 4runner for ~10k miles before we pulled them and sold her 4runner.

These Icon front coilover set provides 0-3.5″ (0-2.75″ on 2016+ Tacoma) of lift. Easy bolt on installation and standard travel set works great with your factory upper control arms. Includes a sway bar relocation kit.

so odd..

Standard travel on the Icon website state 0 - 3.5 inch of adjustability..

Extended travel on the Icon website state 0 - 3.5 inch of adjustability..

I wonder what it really is..

Ramon,

My understanding is that the extended length Icon's have 1" more down travel but require installation of aftermarket UCA to allow the full travel, OEM UCA will bind before the extended version reaches full travel.

The standard length Icon's can be used with OEM UCA since they will not max out the stock ball joint and control arm. I bought these for my wife's 4runner since it was to provide better ride and level the truck, not to provide max lift or articulation for offroad.

The lift height adjustability is the same for both versions of the 4runner/Tacoma coilover.
