FS James Baroud Explorer EVO RTT Michigan

Up for sale is my James Baroud Explorer EVO tent. It is three years old and it hasn't been used much but was on a roof for a season. It has some signs of wear outside.
The solar fan works great, the tent operates as it should and all zippers are still in great shape.
Known issues.
1. There are some spider cracks on the front. You will see in the pictures. Purely cosmetic from what I can tell.
2. The mattress cover has some tears from the arms rubbing on it while on a roof. I don't think it is too expensive to replace but I just put a sheet on the mattress and forget about it.

Concerned about the cracking. What additional info can you provide ? Cause, visible inside, leaking?

I'm not sure of the cause to be honest. It appears to be just surface cracking. The inside has a liner so it is not visible inside. I do not see any signs of leaking nor have I had any. It was on a trailer and on my truck this year with rain and nothing on the inside. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to know!
