With the release of the 3rd gen Tacoma and AT Tacoma Habitat I'll be making a few changes in my gear setup that require garage space. :sombrero:

FOR SALE:
Libby M116A2 flatbed Trailer

Location:
Northern Colorado (Greeley area)

Description:
-Libby M116A2 3/4 ton flatbed trailer... heavy duty is an understatement. Weight is probably around 650 pounds dry.
-Clear Colorado title.
-This is a project trailer I picked up from the original owner on Craigslist several years ago. He did the original conversion after purchasing it at Fort Hood, IIRC. It's been converted to 4-flat 12 volt lights, has added rear d-rings, and uses a 2" ball instead of the original pintle setup. The surge break setup has also been removed which cuts the tongue weight down to a manageable amount. Parking breaks still function with the left and right side having an independent break lever.
-The trailers stated out as a generator trailer and you can still see where the generator/jerry cans/etc were mounted. The only part of this gear that is left is the cool looking side box on the passenger side fender.
-I had planned to needle scale the trailer, repaint, and do an axle swap to match a Toyota 6-lug. Then life happened and the most use the trailer sees is 3-4 trips a year to Home Depot for landscaping supplies and the yearly spring cleaning donation run.
-Please note the CARC coating on these isn't something you want to breath dust from... buyer is responsible for using appropriate safety precautions.
-Trailer has been garaged since I bought it so my friends (hopefully) don't see it and think of me every time they move! :D

Price:
$750 *SOLD*

Known Issues:
-Drivers side tire has a slow leak (I fill it about once a month).
-Tires also have sun damage, presumably from sitting in the military storage yard. They are probably fine for around town but I would replace them before a cross country trek. IIRC the stock axel runs the same bolt pattern as a Chevy HD 8-lug, so replacement rims/rubber can be had on craigslist for reasonable prices.
-Trailer has a bit of surface rust where there are penetrations in the CARC coating. It also shows pitting below the CARC so I'm betting it was resprayed before it was sold.
-There is some overspray of CARC on the bolts/etc
