NEW PRICE: $850

***I'm also interested in trading for a Pine Deluxe 6 turbo tent.

This tent is located in Jacksonville, AR.
The tent is approximately 2 years old and has only been used about 12 nights. Local pickup only.
I would like to get $950 for the tent and changing room. The trailer is NOT included!!!

Thanks BWJ,
I've tried and tried, but this setup just doesn't work well with my herd of labs. I'm just gonna stick with a good ol' ground tent. I have a Kelty Parthenon, but I might try out their new Mach 4 or Mach 6. They look like they're very compact and easy to set up. Any recommendations?

No, I'm not too familiar with ground tent options. I recently purchased an RV-5 for my set-up, and it's working great. GLWS!

nice set up

I have this same exact set up and it is fantastic. The tent is spacious and well made and the changing room is a huge bonus. I store stuff in mine and use it as a changing room. Coupled with an awning for cooking, you are set for any weather conditions. I have used mine at several off road motorcycle rallyes and at a bunch of fur trapper and outdoor gatherings. The only problem I have found that a ton of people will ask you questions about it and want to climb the ladder to check out your sleeping pad.

We have the same Mombasa RTT pictured too. Ours is going on its 4th year of use and has withstood some pretty powerful thunderstorms and rainshowers. I noticed last summer I was starting to get a little moisture coming through in a few spots. I have a gallon of waterproofing I picked up at West Marine and will be applying it within a couple weeks. I used to work at a automotive & marine upholestery shop. I stopped by last week and talked to my old boss about applying it and he gave me some great tips along with a method he has used for years. He did say the canvas used on them is actually a pretty good grade.

Anyone else run into this moisture problem?

We still love using it but it is getting small for the wife and I and 2 small boys. I am thinking I may end up on a cot in the changing room.

No, not interested in selling the changing room separately. Sorry! I have attached an extra piece of sail track so the annex can remain attached and fold up with the rest of the tent, so I'd like to keep it all together. Unless, someone else is interested in just the tent.

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe the model number is 9009. The mattress is a queen size mattress, and the annex is good for a couple of cots, or maybe 3 sleeping bags on the ground.

Do you by chance have a pic of the extra sail track? I am interested to see what you did.

I don't. I've been meaning to get a pic, but just haven't done it. Now it's all folded up and taken off my trailer, resting in the corner of my garage. If I can manage to get some time next week, I'll try to get it set up and take a picture.

Basically, I got a piece of sail track from the local camper store and cut it to length. I screwed it to the edge of the fold-out section so that the changing room could remain attached, and the cover wouldn't have to be changed out every time I set it up. It takes some creative stepping to get it up and down, but I don't have to mess with the zippers or any of that. It's convenient in that respect, but it's a pain in the butt to get it all stuffed up under the cover. It fits, but it's tight.
