FS: Oasis II RTT

I am wanting to move in a different direction. I am now asking $600. I am located in the Phoenix area and would prefer pick up, but would look at shipping. The only known issue is one small tear on the cover. Here is the post from last time I tried to sell it and changed my mind. I will not change my mind this time:

These tents don't come up for sale very often. A good deal you're offering, too! If anyone was at the SoCal Desert Rendezvous, this is the same kind of tent I had on top of my 4Runner.

It took me a long time to find this one. The best thing is it only weights about 40 pounds so you can have it on the truck or ground. Thanks for the input.

I looked a long time for one before I found one. They really are very nice. I take mine off the roof as soon as I make up camp.
