Bought it at REI for $200 Plus Tax. Only used it last season. Looking to trade or sell. Local pick-up will be awesome.

***There are small holes on the screen and one pole broke but fixed very well. Pics are the ACTUAL condition. The screen house is fully functional.

Here are the screen holes I mentioned. Can be fixed easily if it bothers the new owner.
