I will also include in this sale, 2 official snow peak awning poles designed specifically for the Land Lock (I cant even find it on their website anymore) and fourteen (n=14) of the #30 solid stakes (link below) and this is enough to anchor every point of the tent to hold it down to face an F-5 hurricane (kidding, but almost true)

I have used this tent twice for single day trips and the tent is in otherwise amazing condition. I even have the original box the tent came in. Pictures available upon request but would prefer face to face transaction. I live in Richmond Virginia near MCV.
All the above for $1600 face to face and you can examine and inspect it in person! This tent is ideal for setting up basecamp and for multiday trips. Only selling it because Im moving to NYC for a new job and my apartment there is smaller than this tent. Just wouldn't seem right.
