OK, so finally after posting on here a couple months ago and some of you asking for pics I finally have some. Last time I posted I had just bought the Jeep. When I bought it it had BAD paint, had some 35" tires STUFFED in the fenders that would rub if I drove off a curb, she ran good but needed a tune up. My plans for this truck were kinda the OPPOSITE of what I normally do. Normally I OVERBUILD my trucks............One ton axles, 42" swampers etc etc. Well this time I wanted to build a mild rig that I could actually comfortably drive for a long distance if need be. So what Ive done has only cost me $89.00, some time, and some welding wire. I did a home made shackle flip for 5" of lift in the rear, In front I added an add-a-leaf in front along with a set of CHEVY rear shackles, this gave me approx 4" of lift in front. The rear is 1" taller than the front when the truck is empty of my gear, but with all gear loaded up she sits level. I got some rims and some 33x12.50 mud terrains. The truck drives great still and im happy with the stance. Im going to Weld up the rear end tommorow. ive welded up many rear ends and Ive never had a problem with driving them welded as long as you remember its welded in the rear (in winter) and you keep tire pressures equal. This is not my DD so Im not concerned with premature tire wear, theres just no substitute for lockers off-road. I still have plans to build a roof rack, Install my WARN M8000 Winch I have sitting in my garage, and to get a limited slip for the front or if I have the coin an ARB front locker. Heres a few pics

Man, that looks awesome! I love the paint scheme. I've been trying to come up with some red, black and white paint ideas for my newest Eagle and I may have to steal yours.
