Ft-6200 440, 1.2gig radio?

Can anyone decipher this for me?

is this a good deal on a nice, used first radio? Its touted as being multi-band.

I found the specs online, but can't figure if its 2m or 70cm, which I understand are the most used, what? bandwidths?, I'll have to read the
FAQ's again...

It is a 440MHz (70cm) and 1.2GHz radio. I'd pass.

Most HAMs that are communicating vehicle to vehicle or through a repeater use 144MHz (2 meter). 440MHz is used seldomly and very few mobile radios are 1.2GHz, so it won't be of much use.

Pretty uncommon radio, If you need 1.2ghz there are few options available in the US for new radio's and used are generally older radios.

nope, 2m and 70cm is what we're looking for, with 2m being the more
important one.

I simply didn't see either of those frequencies listed, and didn't know about the conversions listed above by Mike.
