Fuse Help for 03 Excursion?

I have an 03 Diesel 6.0 Excursion that I am converting into Overlander. This weekend while on on a 600 mile test run the lap top GPS stopped working. Tried the back up cigarette lighter and nothing. So assume it is a fuse. There is just one problem. I can't find my manual.
Anyone have any idea which fuse/number the front power port is in a 03 Excursion. Thanks in advance.

Fuse 2, 3, 4, 5 are all power point. Fuse 4 is for the two on the dash.
