72"L x 54" W x 4" D. It's pretty stout say about 75lbs and that's with maybe 5 or 6 of the slats removed. That said, I've had about 150 lbs on it and ran it through some pretty aggressive terrain with a lot of side to side sway; nothing moved (probably says more about the Thule Bars/Mounts). Some surface rust but no structural issues; nothing a little rustoleum wouldn't solve.
No mounting feet. I attached it to some Thule Bars with overlapping U-Bolts
