Garvin Wilderness Rack DI or DII or ?

I have decided to go a new route with my cargo management so I no longer need the roof rack! Trying to find a good home for it! It does come apart into multiple pieces for shipping on buyer's dime. It measures 84"x55" and comes with all hardware and mounts for a Hi-lift, shovel, and axe (items not included). Might be willing to throw in the rear ladder for the right offer!
