I believe so on the doors. Possibly on the interior as well although the center console between the seats is definitely different.
If I were you, I'd check if the part numbers for 2 different years are the same via the Mitsubishi ASA program (sometimes people refer to it as the 'Mitsubishi CAPS' program, or just 'CAPS'.
- Download it from Mitsubishilinks.com
- Install it (on a Windows PC)
- Find a gen 2.5 vin number. If you need a VIN, I created a VIN repository thread on 4x4wire's Mitsu Tech forum. You can find a link to it in their FAQ thread. You may need to verify that the interior color is the same as yours before comparing part numbers. The color may be included in the part description after you look it up in the ASA program.
Use the VIN number to look-up and check the Mitsubishi part numbers.
For those unaware, the Mitsu ASA program is the actual Mitsubishi Parts Lookup system used by Mitsubishi dealers. It was given to a 4x4wire forum member by a Mitsu dealership so we can look up our own part numbers prior to ordering things... especially from online Mitsu Dealer parts sources like MitsubishiParts.com
