Gen III Timing Belt Change

Elbow deep in this job and I can't get the accessory support plate that covers the timing belt clear of the power steering pump bracket. Any insight?

Not sure why you wouldn't be able to remove the accessory mount.
I don't recall it being an issue when we serviced mine.

Yes, that's the rub here. All bolts retaining the PSP have been removed but nothing is budging. I need 1/4 inch clearance and the accessory mount would come right out.
